Working together
How does an engagement start?
With a free 30-minute discovery call. If I can help, you get a written diagnosis (a market analysis or funnel audit) within five business days, then a roadmap with timelines, risks, expected return and the engagement structure. If I can’t help, I’ll say so and suggest who can.
How are fees structured?
Most work is a fixed-scope project or a monthly retainer, agreed in writing before anything starts. Property advisory is quoted per mandate. Media budgets for advertising are paid directly by you to the platforms, never marked up.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Yes. Clients come from across the UAE and the Gulf and from abroad, especially buyers investing in Dubai from overseas. Calls run on Dubai time (GST, UTC+4) with flexibility for other time zones.

Real estate
Are you a licensed real estate broker?
No. I advise and coordinate; transactions are executed through RERA-licensed brokerages in Dubai. You’ll always know which licensed firm is handling your deal. See the real estate practice.
Can I buy Dubai property from my home country?
Usually yes on the Dubai side: foreign nationals can buy freehold property in designated areas, with or without UAE residency. Check your home country’s rules on sending money abroad and declaring foreign assets before you commit. Start with the buying costs and the off-plan checklist.
Do you help with the Golden Visa?
I check whether a purchase is likely to qualify and coordinate the property side. The visa application itself is made to the UAE authorities. Read the 2026 Golden Visa guide.
Marketing & AI
Which ad platforms do you manage?
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Click-to-WhatsApp) and the analytics behind them: GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM integrations.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What I guarantee is the method: tracking to revenue, testing before scaling, and cutting what doesn’t work. See how I engage and the ROAS that lies.
Will my customer data be sent to AI companies?
Not without your agreement. For personal data I prefer local or private models; where a public API is used, personal details are masked first and zero-retention terms apply. See private AI under the UAE PDPL.

What happens to the details I send through the form?
They’re used only to reply to you. Unanswered enquiries are deleted after 24 months. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Does this site track me?
Only if you accept analytics cookies. Fonts are self-hosted and there are no advertising or retargeting cookies. See the cookie policy.
Can I republish your articles?
