Accessibility statement
Last updated 10 October 2026
I want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or slow connections.
What’s in place
- Built to follow WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Text meets contrast guidelines against the dark background.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations, including the rotating portrait, switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages are light: self-hosted fonts, no tracking scripts unless you allow them, and no heavy frameworks.
- Headings, landmarks and form labels are structured for assistive technology.
Known limitations
- Case-study cover graphics are decorative and have no detailed text description; the same information is in the page text.
- Some linked government sources are only available as PDFs that may not be fully accessible.
